Consumatore Toys aims to bringing a wide variety of environmentally friendly, ethically produced toys together in one convenient shopping experience.
Our hope is that as well as servicing Parents, Grandparents and gift buyers who are already environmentally aware, we may be able to influence and inform others that are less so, and give them the information to make a choice.
We have sourced products that are produced with minimum environmental affect, choosing wooden toys that are made from reforested wood, and soft toys made with natural and organic fabrics such as kids toys, boys toys, girls toys.
We are aware though that very little can be produced with no affect, weather it is just from the shipping from producer to us, or from us to you.
Therefore we have pledged to use a percentage of every toy sale for the replanting of our native trees.
This will help to off-set some of the resulting CO2 emissions.
Our dream is in time, to be able to make our local planting an educational experience for children and adults alike, enabling them to get involved, and become more aware of the environment around them, and importance of protecting it.
